A tremendous result considering the talent on display, 10th in the North of England will do. This was a team performance and was a great day out thoroughly enjoyed by all, especially me, thanks lads. We also ran a B team on the day who seemed to enjoy themselves just as much, It gives a few more runners the chance to perform on the big stage and for them to check their current fitness.

Lastly – Gareth rang me Sunday night to ask who had run the fastest short leg and I told him it was Belly Boy, he spent all day Monday thinking it was Col – nice one Gareth.
